Real Estate Professional for over 10 years and Broker/Owner, as wells as, an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), I have 4 years of previous REO, BPO, Short Sale, and Foreclosure experience and certification.

I entered the housing market in 2003 as a Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer providing loan programs (FHA, Conventional, etc.) for buyers and later transitioned into real estate in 2008 as an Administrator/Real Estate licensed agent at Keller Williams.  When the market started crashing in 2007, I saw an opportunity to help distressed homeowners through the process of foreclosure and acted on it quickly. Being savvy in contract drafting, negotiation, market research, and client analysis, I was able to work with various banks and find buyers to purchase those homes that were going into foreclosure or were in the redemption period.  Distressed sellers would contact me through marketing to list their homes for sale and was successful at getting the highest value possible with quick sales. So, my focus was toward listing and selling short sales and foreclosures.

Later, I began to provide services for Titanium Solutions and JMA Adjustment Services. my responsibilities included to help and educate homeowners avoid foreclosure acting as a consultant and field service agent/listing agent. I provided BPO’s for properties that were assigned to me, as well as, inspection services. If the homeowner could no longer afford the home, I then would offer cash for keys, list the home for sale, and assist the owner with relocation if needed. My workload was usually 4-8 clients per month of which 2-3 would eventually result in turning into a REO for me to list and sale. Majority of my clients were serviced by Bank of America and Chase. In addition to, I acted as a Certified Notary and provided notary services whenever needed.

Today, I am a Real Estate Broker with a team of qualified diverse agents which consist of listing agents, selling agents, property inspector/construction, and I have a marketing director who works with local radio accounts and TV advertisement and more. My team of agents are highly successful on average procuring a contract date to sale of 30 to 40 days.  Our market analysis to Sales Price Ratio has been 96% which shows our knowledge of the market. 

Our office is a part of GMAR (Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).
